This notice covers the public Urban Demand Intelligence website. It distinguishes optional website analytics from the aggregated intelligence methods described in UDI's editorial content.
01 / OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
Analytics stay off until you allow them.
If you choose “Allow analytics,” this site loads a SeriousMindz tracking tag connected to LeadConnector / HighLevel. It can process an isolated page path and title, session activity, time on page, browser and device context, timezone, and a random session identifier. The tag runs in an opaque in-memory sandbox that cannot read the page DOM. Before it loads, the site removes URL query strings and fragments and suppresses referrer details.
The choice is stored in your browser under udi_analytics_consent. The current vendor session identifier is designed to last up to one day. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep analytics off, revoke a stale grant, and clear known vendor identifiers.
You can change the choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Turning analytics off clears the known integration session state and reloads the page when necessary.
02 / ATLAS VOICE ASSISTANT
Voice starts only when you ask.
Atlas is an AI voice assistant powered by ElevenLabs. The ElevenLabs widget does not load until you choose “Talk to Atlas,” and microphone access is requested only when you start a voice conversation. Conversations may include audio, transcripts, agent responses, technical connection data, and post-call analysis.
When a conversation starts, the ElevenLabs widget may derive a persistent browser identifier using device or browser signals, store it as elevenlabs_convai_user_id, and contact its monitoring service. Use “Reset voice ID” in the footer to clear that browser value. A browser reset does not delete conversations already held by ElevenLabs; email us to request access or deletion.
Atlas may extract the service interest, organization type, market of interest, contact request, name, and email from a transcript. It is instructed to request contact details only after explicit permission. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, health, payment, password, government-identifier, or document information. Conversation retention and deletion must be managed in the ElevenLabs workspace.
Email inquiries are handled by the sender's email service and the recipient's email systems.

Who supports the site.
Vercel hosts the website. SeriousMindz manages the site and optional tracking integration. LeadConnector / HighLevel receives isolated analytics events only after permission. ElevenLabs processes voice-agent conversations after a visitor intentionally launches Atlas. These providers may process ordinary connection logs independently under their own terms.
